ICE POTENG



This is ice Poteng. Poteng ice made ​​from boiled cassava and give in yeast. The serving of ice poteng gave  on shaved ice and syrup DHT. For the erfect serving, gave ice poteng the sweetened condensed milk.



COTO MAKASSAR


Coto Makassar or Coto Mangkasara (Makassarese), is an Indonesian culinary food originating from Makassar, South Sulawesi. It is a soup with seasoning broth made from starch. The main content of this soup is beef and it can be mixed with innards such as intestine, liver, lungs, heart, tripe, or cow brain.
Coto Makassar is usually served with Burasa or Ketetupat




PUTU CANGKIR



In Makassar Putu Cangkir cooked using water vapor coming out of the small hole of the assembled special cooking tools. The dough is a mixture of rice flour and glutinous rice flour and brown sugar paste, put in a mold and filled with grated coconut. Once filled dough, then covered with a cloth and placed in a hole steaming hot water and covered, for about 2 minutes. After that, Putu cup cake was ready to be served.
